At JOPP, individual parts enter the cleanroom from the black and grey room environments exclusively via a standardized process and following the appropriate pre-treatment. Before entering the cleanroom area, the components are thoroughly cleaned of oil and grease in heated spray baths using deionized water and special cleaning additives. Depending on their size and weight, the parts are then transferred into the cleanroom through one of two material airlocks. There, they undergo defined cleaning processes tailored to the respective requirements. These include wet-chemical cleaning, cleaning with isopropanol, manual cleaning with special cleanroom wipes, and XCDA cleaning. Afterwards, each individual part is carefully inspected under UV and white light. This ensures that potential contaminants are reliably detected and that the stringent requirements for cleanroom quality are met.
Qualified personnel, standardized processes, and clearly defined procedures minimize particle ingress and create optimal conditions for safe, high-quality assembly.
The individual-part cleaning process is identical in the areas of cleanroom assembly of modules and special-purpose machine construction.
Trust is good, but inspection is better: Following the cleaning process, JOPP inspects 100% of all components under UV and white light. The surfaces are checked for any deviations from the defined cleanroom condition. If any irregularities are detected, targeted rework is carried out where necessary. Only once the surfaces meet the required quality standards are the components transferred into the cleanroom environment. For complete documentation and traceability, the individual process steps can be photographically documented upon request. This ensures that the cleaning results are transparent and fully traceable.
We also place the highest priority on cleanroom standards when it comes to packaging: The cleaned components are packaged in double-sealed, cleanroom-compatible film with individual customer labeling and then placed in outer packaging. Upon request, our in-house courier service can handle the safe and reliable transportation of the components.
Assembly at the limits of what is technically feasible – from one-off units to series production. JOPP delivers systems as fully assembled, tested, and commissioned units. This provides our customers with a reliable, ready-to-use solution from a single source.
The modules can consist of mechanical, electrical, and/or pneumatic components. The assembly process is individually tailored to the specific requirements, with any necessary adjustments carried out flexibly and in close coordination with the customer. Following assembly, the modules can undergo customer-specific quality and functional testing.
Every module is treated as an individual project – together with the customer, we implement a solution precisely tailored to their requirements.
