The cleanroom environment plays a central role in industries with the highest cleanliness requirements - such as the semiconductor industry, optical manufacturing, microchip production, electronics manufacturing, as well as other sectors with particularly high cleanliness standards.

With a total area of around 300 m², in-house cleanroom facilities provide the ideal conditions for processes requiring minimal particle contamination and a controlled environment.

Customised cleaning criteria, well-defined internal process chains, trained specialist staff and a high degree of flexibility form the basis for the timely and reliable implementation of your projects. This ensures that even the most demanding requirements for cleanliness and quality are met at all times.

Part Cleaning in the Cleanroom

At JOPP, individual parts are only permitted to enter the cleanroom following a standardised procedure and appropriate pre-treatment. After degreasing and de-oiling, the parts pass through one of the two material airlocks, depending on their size. They then proceed through precise cleaning processes, followed by a careful inspection. Trained staff and clearly defined procedures ensure the lowest possible particle contamination and guarantee an optimal assembly result.

Part Inspection Unter UV Light

Trust is good, control is better: JOPP inspects all components under UV light after cleaning. If necessary, the cleaning process is repeated until the required cleanliness standards are fully met. Depending on customer requirements, the individual process steps can be documented visually – ensuring 100 % traceability of the cleaning results.

Assembly of Subassemblies & Cleanroom Rental

At JOPP, subassemblies are assembled both as unit 1 and in series production - as fully functional, tested, and ready-for-delivery units. The sub-assemblies may consist of mechanical, electrical, and/or pneumatic components. The assembly process is individually tailored to the specific requirements, with necessary adjustments made flexibly and in close coordination with the customer.

After assembly, the subassemblies can undergo customer-specific quality and functional testing.

Each subassembly is treated as an individual project - a customized solution is developed and implemented in collaboration with the customer.

Cleanroom Rental:

For customers with long-standing business relationships, JOPP also offers cleanroom rental. This is particularly suitable for projects that require specific environmental conditions.

Complete Solutions in Special Machine Engineering

JOPP offers customized special-purpose machines - from manual workstations to complex fully automated systems. This results in tailored, efficient, and reliable solutions that are specifically aligned with the requirements of each production process.

Designed especially for use in cleanroom environments, these machines provide decisive advantages in sectors with the highest demands for cleanliness, precision, and quality - such as semiconductor manufacturing, medical technology, the pharma- ceutical industry, the optical industry, and aerospace.
