Reporting of Cybersecurity Vulnerabilities

Cybersecurity is a fundamental part of our product responsibility at JOPP. If you have identified a potential security vulnerability in one of our systems, please report it to: automotive-cybersecurity(at)jopp.com. Please do not hesitate to contact us in German or English.

Your report should include the following information:
• Affected products of the JOPP Group (including model designation and software version, if known)
• Classification of the severity of the vulnerability (low/medium/high)
• Detailed description of the vulnerability
• Steps to reproduce (e.g., proof of concept, screenshots, log files)

To ensure the confidentiality of your report, we offer the option of encrypted communication via PGP. Our public key is available upon request.
