JOPP consistently focuses on an environmentally conscious and sustainable corporate strategy. For many years, the company has been certified in accordance with the ISO 14001 environmental standard, which ensures responsible handling of hazardous substances, waste and emissions.
JOPP also consistently pursues a sustainable approach to energy efficiency. An ISO 50001-certified energy management system is already in use at the majority of energy-intensive production sites, which ensures the responsible use of energy.
The fields of action, measures and improvement targets of the ESG strategy, which are documented in the sustainability report, also clearly demonstrate JOPP's sustainability awareness with regard to decarbonisation. JOPP already generates some of the electricity it needs at several locations using its own photovoltaic systems.
As part of the decarbonisation strategy, further steps are planned to become CO₂-neutral at all production sites by 2035.

JOPP prioritises prevention and the active avoidance of risks, both in the area of occupational safety and in the handling of sensitive data.
With regard to occupational safety, JOPP relies on forward-looking measures to minimise hazards from the outset. Through continuous training, regular safety checks and close cooperation with specialists, JOPP ensures that potential hazards are recognised and avoided at an early stage. Another important aspect is the continuous training and further education of first aiders, who can react quickly and professionally in an emergency. Through these measures, JOPP achieves a consistently below-average number of accidents at work. The active prevention of accidents at work and health risks is always a top priority.
JOPP also pursues a clear prevention approach in the area of data security. The data security management system (TISAX), which is certified in accordance with the strict requirements of the automotive industry, identifies potential vulnerabilities at an early stage and takes immediate action to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data. JOPP's preventive security measures maximise the protection of personal and customer-specific data.
JOPP's customers, especially vehicle manufacturers, attach great importance to sustainable corporate management and regularly check this through external audits. JOPP always achieves top marks in these audits.
The company values the opportunity to demonstrate its own endeavours and to continuously improve.
As an international automotive supplier, JOPP takes the global challenges of climate change, environmental protection and sustainable resource management seriously. Processes and products are continuously optimised to increase efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Innovation is one of JOPP's greatest strengths. The company is already working today on the technologies of tomorrow and developing solutions that increase efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Sustainability is not only a focus for JOPP, but is also a key concern for customers.
The JOPP Group's innovation management team has been analysing future business areas with a view to sustainability for years - particularly in the field of electromobility. Through systematic research and development, new product ideas are created that contribute to the environmentally friendly transformation of the automotive industry..
