JOPP develops high-quality plastic transmission components for the automotive industry, from the initial idea to the start of series production. The focus is on oil and water-carrying systems that make a decisive contribution to the efficiency and performance of modern vehicles. Lubrication systems enable direct, needs-based lubrication in the gear mesh of a gearbox. This not only ensures significant wear minimisation and targeted friction reduction during torque transmission, but also a reduction in the amount of oil required. This reduces vehicle weight and increases efficiency.
Another core area of JOPP is cooling water regulators, which are essential components of thermal management in the combustion engine. These systems ensure precise temperature control of various cooling circuits in continuous operation, which optimises the performance and longevity of the engine and reduces pollutant emissions.
JOPP develops and produces thermal management modules for liquid-cooled drive trains. We use passive control organs as well as electrically controlled control organs.
Oil lubrication systems from JOPP enable demand-based lubrication and cooling while simultaneously reducing the amount of oil and eliminating churning losses.
