Development

Jopp GmbH concentrates the Group's know-how with regard to the development of gearshift systems.

As partner for development, Jopp translates customer requirements from specifications into a technical design and simulates component loading with computers. During design engineering, the rough design is transferred into individual part drawings ready for production.

In the test department, prototypes and series parts are tested with regard to load and overload. Many years of test experience as well as standardized test and measuring equipment ensure secure, fast and economic product development.

The own sample and tool shop guarantee that customers are reliably supplied with prototypes similar to mass production - also and especially in projects with tight timing.

Apart from product development, Jopp also focuses on internal know-how for the development of production equipment, processes and tools. Many special-purpose machines as well as testing equipment are developed and manufactured in-house.
